About Susie Hosterman, the Eating Disorder Awareness Advocate

Susie Hosterman works closely with local organizations and national eating disorder centers to raise awareness, educate the public, and help individuals navigate their own eating disorder recovery.

Having experienced over a decade long eating disorder recovery journey, Susie now shares videos chalk full of tips, tricks, and shares creative projects to assist or inspire others on their journey. Once afraid to be seen– even starving herself to go unnoticed– Susie now embraces sharing her unique story, openly and honestly, in hopes of giving others the courage to speak out and end their own eating disorder and body weight stigma. (Let’s be brave together!)
